Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Β -Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. -Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. -Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Β -Sale or discounted items (unless defective). -Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer.

Refunds

Β -Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. -Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. -Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Exchanges

Β -Exchanges are available for size or color only, subject to product availability. -Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item is defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Β -If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
