سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
نحن نهتم برضاك، ويسعدنا مساعدتك في استبدال أو إرجاع طلبك خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الاستلام، بشرط الالتزام بالشروط التالية:
حالة المنتج: يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وبغلافه وجميع ملصقاته (Tags) الأصلية.
تكاليف الشحن:
في حال وجود خطأ من طرفنا (منتج تالف أو غير مطابق)، نتحمل نحن كافة تكاليف الشحن.
في حال تغيير الرأي أو المقاس، يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن.
كيفية الطلب: تواصل معنا مباشرة عبر [انستجرام] مع ذكر "رقم الطلب" وسنقوم بمعالجة طلبك    فوراً.تُعالج طلبات الاسترداد خلال 5-10 أيام عمل بعد استلام وفحص المنتج.

Return and Exchange Policy
We value your satisfaction and are happy to assist you with returning or exchanging your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
Product Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Shipping Fees:
Our Mistake: If there is an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover all shipping costs.
Change of Mind/Size: If you would like to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind or wrong size selection, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
